Lugaru, by an independent game developer who might or might not be unhealthily furry. Any game about rabbits, anthropomorphic or otherwise, is obviously moving in the long-eared shadow of Watership Down, but Lugaru handles it very gracefully. It's about the exploits of a lone hlessi avenging his mate and kit (not surprisingly, anthropomorphic rabbits don't have litters), rather than the activities of a full warren; but that's by no means a fault, and it has the best fighting-game engine that I know of (although the tutorial is a little overwhelming).
Update: on encountering a guard named Fiver at the capitol, I think it's fairly safe to say which book inspired these people to put Jackie Chan in rabbit ears.

I'd love to play this game, if I had the time.
In one commenter's words, "My understanding of EVE is not perfect. But what I managed to piece together from years of coverage on Slashdot, it appears to be a virtual recreation of the country of Nigeria, with lasers."
In case you'd forgotten, a Slashdot link to this incident. Band of Brothers is now known as Kenzoku, and did I mention that they and Something Awful recently fought World War II?
